Every year, the Council on Digital Applications give thousands of grants to groups and individuals that work on the issues we focus on—promoting safety, free speech, and justice on the internet. We also engage in human rights in digital applications, while incubating new ideas.
Founded by Ferhat Erdoğan, Council on Digital Applications is the private funder of independent software developers working for security, free speech, justice and human rights in digital applications. We provide thousands of grants and finance a wide variety of projects each year through a network.
